an audience are people who watch or read a piece of media.

How do we define target audience?
 particular group at which a product such as a film or advertisement is aimed

Where your target audience is located?
my target audience will be located around the area we are located in. This means the audience will be based around London.

Are they female, male or both?
My target audience is both male and female.

What is there average age?
The average age will be between 16-26

What are their common interests?
the common interests of my target audience will be they are mostly young and understand about the youth of today.

What is their income range?
Some of our audience will be unemployed because they are still in education but a lot of the audience will be working part time with a low income.

Why is it useful for a film to have a target audience?
if you understand who your target audience is it can help when you are advertising your film.

Which audiences do you think different genres appeal to?
different genres appeal to different audiences. for example anime can usually be aimed at children.
